Puro Consulting is a veteran-owned business specializing in project management, which looks to expand the field of project management through three distinct offerings: Training, Coaching and Consulting. We were founded to help address gaps in private and government organizations where current project management strategies might fall short of company leadership expectations.

We provide value-based solutions specializing in program and project management leadership (Agile and Traditional), strategic and organizational planning and lean process improvement strategy development. We also offer professional and management training directly to individuals or teams through online content or through employers’ training programs.

Puro Consulting was founded in 2020. As a veteran, I decided to utilize my career experience in IT project management leadership to service Federal, State, and local government organizations. My main customer is the State of Michigan, where we provide project management and leadership to several initiatives within the Department of Treasury, Management and Budget.

Previous experience of the company leadership includes leadership of programs and projects with a return on investment more than $75 million. These efforts span the following industries: Automotive, software, manufacturing, finance, insurance, and governmental organizations.
